How to Store:

Store the solution at room temperature and away from heat, moisture, and light. Keep all medicine out of the reach of children. Throw away any unused medicine after the beyond use date. One stock of Bimix solution can last up to 6 months from the date of reconstitution( Date written on the container).After puncturing the Container, it should be used within 28 days.

Important points to consider while using BIMIX

• Never self-adjust your dose.
• Never self-inject a second dose on the same day if there is a poor or no response to the first injection.
• Do not take oral erectile agents (sildenafil, vardenafil, avanafil) within 18 hour of an injection, and do not inject within 18 hour of one of these agents.
• You may use daily tadalafil 5 mg if you were using this strategy at the time of your injection training.
• You may inject up to three times a week as long as there is 24 hours difference (approximately) between injections.
• Concurrent use while undergoing chemotherapy may be inadvisable when there is a risk of neutropenia (usually 7–14 days after chemotherapy dose).
• Do not use vacuum erection devices after injecting the injection; it may cause severe bleeding. There are exceptions, but it is better to consult your Doctor before using it.

Precautions You Should Take While Using Bimix Injection

Do not take this medicine with any of the following medications: hypersensitivity or allergy to any component of this formulation; or have uncontrolled hypertension or have conditions predisposing you to priapism (painful erection lasting 4 hours or more) like sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma or leukemia; anatomical deformation of the organ or implants inside your organ; direction by your physician that intimate activity is inadvisable or contraindicated.

Special Care should be taken in the following men:

• Obese abdomen resulting in the inability to self-visualize the organ
• History of vasovagal episode secondary to needle anxiety
• Dexterity problems (arthritis, tremors, Dupuytren’s contractures)
• Anticoagulation

Side-Effects:

• Mild to moderate pain during injection; painful sensation with erection; a small amount of bleeding at the injection site.
• Call your doctor if you notice any redness, lumps, swelling, tenderness, or curvature of the erect organ.
• If you experience erection lasting more than 2 hours, you may take pseudoephedrine(supplied with BIMIX injection) 60-120mg mg by mouth once and apply an ice pack.
• If your erection does not go away within the next hour, visit the nearest doctor immediately. Erection that lasts more than 4 hours can cause serious damage to penile tissue.
• Long-term side effects of using Bimix injection may include Peyronie’s disease, which can form due to plaque build-up or scar tissue inside the penis lining of Corpora Cavernosa. However, you can minimize the risk of Peyronie’s disease by learning the correct way to inject the bimix injection
